To process payments and manage your subscription
To send course updates, learning reminders, and promotional communications (you may opt out at any time)
To personalise your learning experience and track progress

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (payment processors, analytics tools) strictly to operate our platform. All partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyse platform usage. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@evolvixedge.com.

Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2025

By accessing or using Evolvix Edge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any program.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Evolvix Edge. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. License to Learn

Upon enrollment, Evolvix Edge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not share, resell, or redistribute any course content.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on Evolvix Edge — including videos, written materials, templates, and frameworks related to digital marketing, UX/UI design, freelancing, remote work, creator economy, and personal branding — is owned by Evolvix Edge and protected by copyright law.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not share your account credentials with others
Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape platform content
Treat fellow learners and instructors with respect in community spaces

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Evolvix Edge is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific career outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

We want you to feel confident enrolling in Evolvix Edge programs. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial enrollment, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content. This applies to all individual course purchases and monthly subscriptions.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@evolvixedge.com with your order number and reason for the request
Our team will review and respond within 3 business days
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Items

Purchases made more than 14 days ago
Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed
Scholarship-funded or discounted enrollments (unless otherwise stated)
Team or enterprise plan seats after onboarding has commenced

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except within the 14-day guarantee window.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis for documented exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness). Contact support@evolvixedge.com to discuss.
